All About Kappa

Kappa Kappa Gamma was founded on October 13, 1870 at Monmouth College in Monmouth, IL. Since that, Kappa has grown to over 134 collegiate chapters and 300 alumnae associations worldwide, and has over 220,000 members.

Kappa promotes, through its standards, a broad college experiences and encourage memebers to seek opportunities for self-growth. Above all, at its core is friendship, leadership and scholarship.

Mission Statement

Kappa Kappa Gamma is an organization of women, which seeks for every member throughout her life bonds of friendship, mutual support, opportunities for self-growth, respect for intellectual development, and an understanding of and an allegiance to positive ethical principles.
